To return online orders please send an email with your order number to hello@buffjewellery.com to let us know to expect your parcel. Securely package the jewellery in the box that you received it in. Please also include any stationery that came with your order, such as our care card and any complimentary gifts.

To return jewellery that you have purchased from us in person at one of our selling events, please include or email a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund without a receipt.

Items should be returned in perfect condition in original packaging in order to be eligible for exchange or refund. We will not be able to offer a refund or exchange if the jewellery is returned broken. Our lifetime guarantee covers any mishaps that may happen so we will happily repair the item for you.

Earrings are not eligible for exchange or refund for hygiene reasons. Sale items are also not covered.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will need to arrange and pay for the return of the goods. Please ensure that you use a reliable shipping service as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.


Your original payment method will be credited with the original price within 30 days from that date of your order, provided that the jewellery is returned in time and received by us in the condition they were delivered in.
